HOLLY SMITH

MEET ATTORNEY HOLLY SMITH

Holly earned her undergraduate degree from Brandeis University near Boston, where she played collegiate soccer and captained the team to three NCAA tournament appearances. She later moved with her family to Alabama and obtained her J.D. from Jones School of Law.

After graduation, Holly began her career in personal injury law before relocating to Indiana to support her husband’s active-duty military service. During that time, she became licensed to practice in Indiana (now retired). With her husband’s final duty station at Fort Benning, she returned to Alabama and joined David at Bence Law Firm.

Holly is licensed to practice in Alabama and Georgia and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama, as well as the Middle District of Georgia. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for her advocacy on behalf of plaintiffs in personal injury matters.

Outside the office, Holly enjoys Saturday morning vanilla chia lattes, relaxing at the beach, and walking with her two German Shepherds.
